Self Host Policy :

Webkartel does not permit the use of third party developer or external source code by the Client on any Webkartel managed server. The Client is requested to hire Webkartel to perform the necessary modifications to the code. The Client declares and agrees that Webkartel, however; reserves the right to bring third party developers on board to serve the Client efficiently.

External Host Policy :

Webkartel permits the use and deployment of the website or application on a Client owned server not managed by Webkartel depending on the project. However, the Client agrees and declares that Webkartel cannot and should not be held responsible for any downtime, server crash and loss of data.

Hosting Infrastructure :

The threshold limit for the hosting resources provided to the Client at the time of deployment of the website or application is subject to change without prior notification. In such cases, the Client agrees to bare the additonal costs of operation that may incur due to excess usage beyond the new threshold limit.

Pricing :

Webkartel reserves the right to change the cost of renewal of services at any time without prior notification. In case of a change before the expiry of a service, the changed rate of renewal will reflect from the next renewal cycle.

Payment :

The Client is given a maximum of 14 days from the day Webkartel notifies the Client to make the payment for any design or development services provided by Webkartel. The Client agrees and declares to accept sole responsibility in case of a delay beyond 14 days. Under such circumstances, a Late fee will be added to the existing due amount depending on the terms mentioned under the "Late Fee" clause.

Late Fee :

A Late fee of 10% of the payment due to be made will be added if the full payment has been made within the next 7 days after initial notification to the Client. The Late fee of 10% is added from the 15^th day itself and applies until the 21^st day after initial notification to the Client. If payment is still due, an additional cumulative Late fee of 20% will be added when the payment is made within the next 5 days from the 22^nd day until the 26^th day after initial notification. In case of failure to make the payment by then, the client will still be able to retrieve the developed project within the next 7 days by paying the current existing due (i.e; including Late fee) and a subsequent additional Late fee of 50% calculated on the current existing due amount effective from the 27^th day after initial notification to the client.

Renewals :

The Client will be notified regarding the expiry of a service 15 days prior to the expiry date. The Client is requested to make the payment within the expiry date of the service. Failing to do so will result in cancellation of the sevice. The Client declares and agrees that Webkartel cannot and should not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused due to any loss of data under such circumstances.

Legal Issues :

The Client agrees that any disputes pertaining to the services provided by Webkartel will be handled under the legal jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The Client declares and agrees that Webkartel cannot and should not be held liable in case of legal disputes arising against the Website or Application developed by Webkartel for the Client. The Client declares and assumes sole responsibility for the use and abuse of the Website or Application developed by Webkartel.

Refunds Policy :

Webkartel puts a lot of time and effort in delivering quality services to its Clients. The Client agrees and declares that Webkartel is not liable to pay any refunds what-so-ever to the Client once Webkartel has started working on the project assigned by the Client.

Right to change :

The Client declares and agrees that Webkartel reserves the right to change (i.e, add, delete and modify) the contents of this document at any time without any prior notification.
